Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every learner to be satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available for courses bought on InsuranceVidya.
1. Nature of the product
We sell digital, time-bound access to mock tests, practice questions, and study notes. The product is delivered instantly to your account on successful payment.
2. Free demo first
Every course offers free demo content (e.g. Mock Test 01 marked Free Demo). Please try the free content before purchasing to confirm the format, language, and difficulty suit you.
3. Refund eligibility
You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase if, and only if:
- You have not started any paid test attempt, AND
- You have not opened paid Study Notes content, AND
- You raise the request via email from the address linked to your account.
After 3 days, or if any paid content has been consumed, refunds are not available.
4. When we will refund regardless
- Duplicate / accidental payment for the same plan on the same course.
- Service failure on our side preventing access for more than 7 consecutive days that we are unable to resolve.
- Payment captured but access not granted (rare — usually resolved within 24 hours of contacting us).
5. What is not refundable
- Change of mind after consuming any paid content.
- Buying the wrong course/plan after the 3-day window or after consumption.
- Failure to clear an exam or dissatisfaction with the exam result.
- Network/device/browser compatibility issues at your end that we cannot reproduce.
- Promotional / discounted plans where the offer terms state “non-refundable”.
6. How to request a refund
- Email support@insurancevidya.com from your registered email address.
- Include your order/transaction ID, the course name, and the reason for the request.
- We reply within 2 working days with a decision.
7. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days of approval and processed back to the original payment method via Instamojo. Actual credit timeline depends on your bank/UPI provider and is typically 5–10 working days.
8. Cancellation
Plans are valid for the period stated at purchase (e.g. 30 days, 90 days, or until a fixed date). Plans cannot be paused or extended once active. You can stop using the Service any time; no further charges are made unless you purchase a new plan.
