Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of InsuranceVidya at insurancevidya.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide online exam-preparation content (mock tests, practice tests, chapter notes, question banks) for III and IRDAI Surveyor exams. Content is for self-study only and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of III, IRDAI or any government body.

2. Eligibility & account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under parental/guardian supervision.
  • You agree to provide accurate name, phone and email information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your login.
  • One account per person.

3. Plans, pricing & access

  • Plans are sold per course for a stated validity (e.g. 30 days, 90 days, or until a fixed date).
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Access begins on successful payment and ends at the end of the validity period.
  • Free demo content remains free; paid tabs unlock for the plan duration.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Instamojo. We do not store card/UPI/bank details. Access is granted only after a verified success notification from Instamojo.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, redistribute, sell, scrape or publish our questions, explanations, notes, or any other content.
  • Share your account credentials, or allow others to use your paid access.
  • Attempt to circumvent the test interface, copy-protection, payment or access controls.
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated tools against the Service.
  • Upload abusive, infringing or unlawful content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to access underlying source code.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including questions, options, explanations, notes, layout, branding and code — is owned by or licensed to InsuranceVidya. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation only.

8. Content accuracy

We work hard to keep questions and explanations accurate, but do not guarantee they are error-free or exactly aligned with the latest official syllabus. Please cross-check important answers with official sources. Use the “Report question” button if you spot an error.

9. No exam outcome guarantee

We help you prepare; we do not guarantee you will pass any exam. Your result depends on many factors beyond our content.

10. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

11. Third-party services

We rely on third-party services (Google sign-in, Instamojo payments, hosting providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsuranceVidya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, your licence to access content ends; refunds (if any) are governed by the Refund Policy.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Indian state where InsuranceVidya is registered.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
